| Seriously, the IP Video Seminar that Paradyne has put together is well worth the price (free). There are two tracks – one on technology and one on content and marketing. I am leading the content and marketing discussion. I am looking forward to these seminars, as it has allowed me to revisit the things I have learned and heard from folks who have been successful at deploying video. Fortunately, for the attendees, I have lots of multimedia content that I use in my part of the seminar, so they won’t have to listen to me for four or five hours straight.… The other reason that I am really jazzed about this tour is that it is allowing us to take the local content workshop to multiple cities and to make it a very affordable experience. Over and over again, I have heard it stated that the local touch is an advantage that independent telcos have as compared to “out-of-town” entities. Local content creation is really an extension of this touch. In the workshop, we will be looking at all aspects of local content creation as it relates to independent telcos.
