Angela Abshier, Producer - Las Vegas,
The 48 Hour Film Project
Angela is an intellectual property attorney in
Las Vegas with a passion for music and film. Angela's involvement
with the 48 Hour Film Project began as a participant in 2000 while
living in Washington DC. The mission of the 48 Hour Film Project
is to energize local filmmaking communities and is successful
because it gives aspiring and
experienced filmmakers a reason and the opportunity to make a
film. In the process filmmakers are introduced to one another
and the quality and creativity of one another's work. Angela's
support of this mission compelled her to take on the roll of Producer
in Las Vegas in 2005.
Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism
and Telecommunications from the University of Wyoming and a Juris
Doctorate from the University of Baltimore. She produces the 48
Hour Film Project in Las Vegas and Maui and serves as a judge
for the National Film Challenge. Angela is currently Vice President
and General Counsel for Richard Fiore & Associates, a third
party game development company.
Mary Coller Albert, President, Delight
Networks
Mary’s broad range of experience spans
the last 15 years building consumer brands on the Internet. As
SVP and General Manager at Sony Pictures Digital, she was head
of programming for Sony Connect Video and in charge of SoapCity,
a cross media brand. In 2003 she launched the first digital subscription
service of network television video content over IP, SoapCity
Download. Mary was personally responsible for all aspects of the
business from content acquisition and licensing to the platform
creation and customer service.
Before joining Sony, Mary was vice president
and co-founder of Beatnik, Inc. (aka Headspace) a popular interactive
audio software and music development company based in Silicon
Valley that she founded with musician, Thomas Dolby. Mary was
responsible for taking the company through creative concept, to
raising venture capital, and onto maintaining the day-to-day operations,
licensing, finance, marketing, publicity and staff. Prior to Beatnik,
Mary managed the careers of musicians and artists as the owner
of Mary Coller Management, a personal management company she established
in 1990.
Mitch Berman, Corporate VP Global Marketing,
C-Cor
Mitchell Berman joined C-COR as Corporate Vice
President of Global Marketing in June 2004. In this position,
he has oversight of the Company's global marketing strategy, communications,
and new business activities.
Mitchell Berman came to C-COR after serving as
Chief Marketing Officer of OSS provider, Alopa Networks, Inc.
His 22 years as an industry executive includes Senior Vice President
of Worldwide Marketing and Operations for the start-up and IPO
of interactive TV software provider, OpenTV; Senior Vice President
of Strategic Business Development for the start-up of FOXTEL in
Australia, Director of Marketing for the start-up of Sky Network
Television in New Zealand, Vice President for the start-up

Francois Cosquer, Chief Security Architect,
Alcatel North America
Francois Cosquer is Chief Security Architect
for Alcatel North America where he currently coordinates the security
effort for Alcatel Strategic Solutions. Francois is acting chair
of the ATIS TOPS Council Focus Group on Network Security and recently
appointed Technical Editor for the DRM taskforce of the ATIS IPTV
Interoperability Forum (IIF). He has been speaker and chair for
security sessions at USTA Telecom, Supercomm, VON, CTIA Tower
Summit, Global Mobile Enterprise, Wireless Industry Congress,
Globecom and Broadband Services Forum. Francois came to Ottawa
in 2001 to lead the Corporate Security Research Center.
Prior to joining Alcatel, he worked in Europe
for a number of Research Institutions, Equipment Vendors and Telecom
Operators. Francois' 15 years experience covers networking, operating
systems, middleware and multimedia applications. He is author
of several international publications and co-author of LNCS book
on Advances in Distributed Systems. He is Advisory Board Member
at the Concordia Institute of Information Systems Engineering
and for the European Commission Security & Dependability Task
Force. Francois graduated in Electronics and Computing and holds
an MSc in Computer Science and Ph.D. in Computer Engineering.
Steve Curran, VP of Sales, ViewNow
For the past 17 years, Steve has specialized
in developing telephony/CATV strategic plans, IP/Voice over Packet
(VoP) Telephony Implementation, and developing product management
strategies for local access providers. In 1995 Steve founded Curran
Communications, which specialized in product development for Telecommunications
companies throughout the United States. Clients of Curran Communications
included over 100 independently owned Local Exchange Operators
as well as Cable TV companies. Steve has also held management
positions with Pacific Telecom and the National Telephone Cooperative
Association (NTCA) in Washington, DC. Steve holds an MBA from
the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Arts in Business from
Willamette University.
Todd Daniels, VP/GM IPTV Solutions,
Eagle Broadband
Todd Daniels is Vice President of IPTV Solutions
for Eagle Broadband. He manages the Eagle's sales and operations
for IPTVComplete, a turnkey IPTV service offered to incumbent
and competitive carriers jointly with Eagle's partner; GlobeCast,
a wholly owned subsidiary of France Telecom.
Daniels brings more than 20 years of proven
senior sales management and operations experience in telecommunications,
networking and broadband. He joined Eagle from nextgen Class 5
and VoIP telecommunications equipment provider Taqua, Inc., where
he led Taqua's sales organization as Vice President, Sales until
the company's acquisition by Tekelec. Prior to Taqua, Daniels
spent more than 8 years at Nortel Networks where he held a variety
of senior sales management positions including Sales Vice President,
for the IOC market. He also held various sales management and
sales engineering positions at telecom equipment provider Siemens
Stromberg-Carlson and the fiber engineering and construction services

Dave Davies, Vice
President, Strategy and Product Management, Subscriber Networks
Scientific Atlanta
Dave Davies is Vice President of Strategy and
Product Marketing for Subscriber Networks at Scientific-Atlanta,
Inc. In this role, Davies is responsible for Scientific-Atlanta’s
business and market strategy, new business development activities,
and new product marketing support for subscriber products including
the Explorer? line of digital interactive set-tops, IPTV set-tops,
and data and voice modems.
In addition, Davies is responsible for the consumer
marketing strategy for the most popular video services including

Bill DeMuth began his career at Roseville Telephone
Company in 1976. DeMuth assesses new technologies, oversees corporate
technology initiatives, develops technology strategies and oversees
SureWest's Information Technology (IT) department. He serves on
the United States Telecom Association's technical tactics committee,
is a member of the Board of Directors for ATIS, a technical planning
and standards development organization, and a member of the Board
of Directors for the Placer County Child Abuse Prevention Council.
DeMuth holds a master's degree in Telecommunications Management
from Golden Gate University and a bachelor's degree in Engineering

Allison is a founder and CEO of the Interactive
Television Alliance, a non-profit trade association whose broad
constituency is committed to accelerating ITV in the U.S. She
is also a principal in 2degree Partners, a management consultancy

marketing and digital services integration.
A longtime champion of ubiquitous interactivity,

Mark Ellison, Sr. VP Legal and Business
Affairs – National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative
Currently, Mark directs development of NRTC’s
telco video initiative and is leading efforts to secure IP / MPEG-4
programming distribution rights. He recently led negotiations
for NRTC’s relationship with SES-AMERICOM for the IP Prime
transport service. Additionally, Mark provides strategic advice,
counsel and support on NRTC business ventures and opportunities
and heads the NRTC’s Industry and Government Relations division.
Mark has nearly 25 years of experience representing
clients in satellite, cable, Internet, and media-related law and
business. He has served as vice president / general counsel of
Primestar Satellite, Senior Vice President of the Satellite Broadcasting
and Communications Association, and in in-house counsel positions
with Turner Broadcasting and U.S. Telecom.
Mark holds a juris doctorate degree from the

LuJack Ewell, Chief Network Architect,
Conklin-Intracom
As Chief Network Architect for Conklin-Intracom,
LuJack has been responsible for long-term product definition for
the past 5 years, forecasting industry trends through exhaustive
in-depth research. His first hand knowledge of network convergence
issues and challenges has contributed to the development of fs|cdn,
a fully integrated, software-based, IP content delivery system.
He has spent the last 20 years with Conklin-Intracom developing
products and chips for varied Wide Area Networking technologies.
Prior to joining Conklin-Intracom, he was a member of Scientific
Atlanta's Inmarsat team. LuJack is a Georgia Tech alumnus whose
lifelong fascination with electronics began during a stay in the

Douglas Frazier, Co-founder/Co-Chairman,
Urban Telephone & Video (UTV)
G Douglas Frazier is the co-founder and Co-Chairman
of Urban Telephone & Video (UTV), a franchised broadband service
provider based in New York City. In that capacity Mr. Frazier
has been responsible for shaping the technological development
of the services offered by the company, including the IP video
and telephony platforms deployed by UTV. In addition to management
of the company’s technology, Doug has been the driving force
in developing the marketing plans for Urban Telephone & Video.
Prior to his founding of Urban Communications
Transport, the parent company of UTV, in 1993 with his partner
Stuart Reid, Frazier co-founded and managed a private cable company
headquartered in the South Bronx that delivered nearly 100 addressable
video channels to a community eight (8) years ahead of when the
franchised operator said it was feasible to service this neighborhood.
Concurrent with the building and operation of
the SMATV system in the Bronx, Mr. Frazier co-founded and ran
his own cable construction company. From 1987 to 1992 he supervised
and managed the cable wiring of over 20,000 apartment units and
the installation of over 150,000 cable customers working for Gateway
Cable (Newark, NJ), Time Warner (Queens, NY) and Comcast (Philadelphia,
PA). Prior to forming his own cable operating and contracting
companies, Mr. Frazier worked as an installer and headend technician
with Cooper Wireless Cable in the Bronx and Brooklyn, and as a
technician with New York Telephone in Manhattan.
Douglas Frazier is a Harlem native, and earned
a B.S. in psychology from the College of New Rochelle (1980).
Mr. Frazier has also completed graduate study in telecommunications
at New York University Graduate School of Telecommunications.

Steve Hawley, Principal Consulting Analyst,

Steven Hawley is an independent industry analyst,
researcher and consultant, serving the telecommunications and
digital media industries. His consulting practice, Advanced Media
Strategies LLC (AMS), provides business and technology subject
matter expertise in the area of Internet Protocol Television.
IPTV is quickly evolving into the delivery of interactive digital

Bruce Haymes, Sr. VP, Corporate Development
and Strategy PanAm Sat Corp
Bruce A. Haymes is Senior Vice President, Corporate
Development and Strategy for PanAmSat Corporation. PanAmSat is
one of the world's largest satellite operators. With revenues
at close to $1 billion and backlog of over $4 billion, the company
distributes more television channels than any other company in
the world. In the U.S. it is the largest supplier of wireless
broadband services. The company's long-term customers include
TV channels owned by News Corp., Disney, Viacom, Liberty and Time
Warner, among others.
Mr. Haymes is responsible for overseeing the
company's merger, acquisition and investment activities, including
all strategic transactions, joint ventures and product development.
He heads up the company's New Ventures organization, which is
exclusively focused on business growth through non-core activities.
Based at the company's global headquarters in Wilton, Connecticut,
Mr. Haymes' mandate is to expand PanAmSat's position in fixed-satellite
services and related businesses, including the integration of
terrestrial offerings. Mr. Haymes is a member of the corporation's
senior management team. Mr. Haymes holds a B.A. in Economics from
Tufts University and a J.D. from the National Law Center at George
Washington University.
William Helmly, President, Home Telephone
William Helmly has served as the President and
Chief Operating Officer of Home Telephone Company, an independent
telephone, cable television, and Internet service provider in
South Carolina. Prior to becoming President, Mr. Helmly has served
in a variety of capacities, including Vice President of Engineering
and most recently Executive Vice President. During his tenure,
Mr. Helmly has been responsible for research, development, and
implementation of new technologies, product lines, and services
as well as development and implementation of product, technology,
and business strategies.
He is a member of the Board of Directors for
the South Carolina Telephone Association, PalmettoNet, and Pond
Branch Telephone Company. Mr. Helmly is actively involved in several
civic and community organization.
Prior to joining Home Telephone Company in 1992,
Mr. Helmly worked at the Charleston Naval Shipyard for six years.
Mr. Helmly holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
from the University of South Carolina.
Sean Henry, VP Program
Planning & Scheduling, iNDEMAND
Sean Henry has been with In Demand since 1995,
and has been involved in the creation and scheduling of In Demand’s
pay-per-view, video on demand, and HDTV services which are distributed
to over 28 million U.S. homes. In Demand distributes well over
20,000 hours of programming monthly, including the Emmy Award-winning
NASCAR In Car, motion pictures from all the major studios, WWE,
the NBA, the NHL, MLB and will soon be offering Howard Stern On
Demand.
Prior to In Demand, Sean Henry had a decade of
experience at On Command and at Spectradyne, where he was involved
in the rollout of pay-per-view, VOD and interactive entertainment
services for the lodging industry. Sean started out in the entertainment
industry doing Cable TV and VCR usage studies for A.C. Nielsen.
Sean Henry’s undergraduate work was at
Southern Methodist University on a National Merit Scholarship;
with his graduate work in Artificial Intelligence at the Johns
Hopkins University.
Amy Hendrickson, Sr. VP Sales & Marketing,
The Outdoor Channel
Amy Hendrickson, Senior Vice President of Affiliate
Sales & Marketing joined The Outdoor Channel in July 1998.
She served as Director of Affiliate Sales & Marketing from
December of 1998 until her promotion to Vice President in February
of 2000. Promoted to her current position in April of 2003, Amy
directs the affiliate sales effort and was actively involved in
the July 2005 launch of Outdoor Channel 2 HD, a distinct second
network for outdoor enthusiasts featuring 100% real high definition
content.
Prior to joining The Outdoor Channel, Amy worked
in the National Sales Department of a broadcast station owned
by Cox Communications. She began her career in television as a
Traffic Manager for a pair of broadcast stations owned and operated
by Clear Channel Communications. Amy studied Political Science
and Communications at Eastern Michigan University. She is currently
working toward an MBA at Pepperdine University.
Amy recently turned 35 and resides in Murrieta,
California with two very spoiled dogs, Einstein and Shakespeare.
Scott Holmes, President, United Future
Scott has spent the last 15 years focused on
building brand equity and digital innovation and Co-Founded of
UNITED^FUTURE, an Interactive Marketing & Development company
specializing in experience design and application development
for broadband & television environments. Scott has worked
with fortune 1000 clients such as; Microsoft, GlaxoSmithKline,
General Motors, T-Mobile, Avery Dennison, ALPINE, Autodesk, Caesar’s
Entertainment, and many others.
Prior to co-founding UNITED^FUTURE, Scott was
instrumental in developing Zentropy Partners, a McCann Erickson
Worldgroup company, into a Top 10 interactive agency ranked by
Adweek. Developing new business opportunities, he fostered the
broadband, mobile and interactive television divisions.
Scott is an acting Chairman of the New Media
Peer Group within the Academy of Television Arts, & Sciences
(www.emmys.org), and executive board director for the Interactive
Television Alliance (ITA).
Leon Hofer, Vice President Network Operations,
Iowa Network Services
Leon Hofer is the Vice President of Network Operations
for Iowa Network Services, an Iowa-based company doing business
with 148 Independent Operating Telephone Companies that provide
access services, long distance, internet, digital video and other
services to rural customers in Iowa. In addition to managing the
company’s fiber network, switching and control center operations,
Mr. Hofer has been involved in managing digital video head end
services to telephone companies using multiple local distribution
networks that include ATM, DSL, FTTH, IP and HFC. Mr. Hofer’s
career spans more than 30 years in the telecommunications field.
Prior to joining Iowa Network Services in 1994, he spent nearly
20 years at Northwestern Bell, then US WEST, in a variety of engineering
roles. During that span, Mr. Hofer served on ANSI standards committees
in the areas of network interfaces for wireline and wireless PCS
services and performance standards for voice, data and video services.
He has served as ANSI editor on several occasions and has received
a Committee T1 Outstanding Achievement Award.
Mr. Hofer holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical
Engineering from the University of Iowa.

Charlie current serves as an industry consultant
to various media, technology and investment funds. Charlie has
served as Executive Chairman of Myrio a company delivering middleware
and systems enabling the telephone industry to deliver consumer
quality digital video into the home. Previously he was their President
and CEO. Before that, he was Chief Operating Officer of Geocast
Network Systems a data broadcasting startup based in the Silicon
Valley. He serves on several Boards, including Azcar, a broadcast
systems technology company based in Toronto, Visible World a company
focused on technology and systems delivering customized ads advertising
for cable, broadcast and satellite providers and Alloptic a GPON
based passive optical network company.
Prior to that he spent 16 years at NBC where
he was Vice President of Engineering and Technology where he had
responsibility for Owned Stations Operations and Engineering,
Strategic Technology, Network Distribution and Engineering, International
Operations and the Olympics for which he has been awarded three
Emmys. NBC used its Olympics efforts to drive the development
and practical implication of long term technology implementation
in the areas of; The First use of a Digital Production Environment
(Seoul 1988), first serial digital infrastructure and development
of motion compensated standards converters (Barcelona 1992), and
the first remote located graphics editing and production center
in NY for the Atlanta games (1996). This center in NY now serves
as the Network Distribution Center for all of NBC and was the
model for central casting widely used by all major station groups.
He is a Fellow of the Society of Motion Picture
and Television Engineers, which he is past president and Chairs
the Emmy Awards Committee for Science and Technology. He also
serves on the advisory board of Omneon. He has been awarded four
Emmys for his work on the Olympics.
Mike Kazmier, President, Auroras TV
Mike Kazmier is the President and Chief Technology
Officer for Auroras Entertainment. As a founder of Auroras, Mike
used his experience in systems and network engineering as well
as convergent technology to design the most robust, advanced and
reliable solution for IPTV. After nearly a decade of systems and
network engineering in 24/7 computing and Internet environments,
Mike has spent the last 5 years working with convergence technologies
including MPEG4. Mike is advocate of the next generation of media

Stephen Klein, Director Video Solutions
Marketing, Zhone Technologies
Steve has been involved with IPTV and DSL for
more than 10 years, and has 23 years experience in telecommunications.
Prior to Zhone, he served as VP Business Development for Tut Systems
and Next Level Communications. During this time, he played an
active role in numerous triple play deployments worldwide, as
well as working with technology partners and content providers.
Steve also served on international committees such as FS VDSL
contributing to functional specifications and standards for delivering
video over carrier networks.
Marty Lafferty, CEO, DCIA (Distributed
Computing Industry Association)
Marty is a new media industry leader with a track
record of multi-business collaboration in pioneering distribution
of content via new technologies. Prior to DCIA, he was CEO of
Zoom Culture, which he transformed from a dotcom into a thriving
digital television firm with partners NBC and Apple.
Previously, as CMO for StreamSearch, he teamed
with Paramount and the Sundance Film Festival. During his tenure
as Microsoft TV VP of Corporate & Service Marketing, he supported
the strategic refocusing of WebTV. As President
of FutureVision, he supervised the first switched-digital-network
service offering and the company’s acquisition by Verizon.
Marty also was CEO of NBC’s Olympics joint
venture, where he led multiple vendors to develop alternative
security solutions for a satellite-delivered mini-subscription
PPV service. Finally, as VP of TDBS, he
led Turner Broadcasting’s internal and GI engineering teams
to deploy the industry’s first signal-scrambling security
technology for basic programming services.
Marty has served as Membership Chairman of the
Interactive Services Association and co-founded the Satellite
Broadcasting Communications Association, serving as its first
Vice Chairman. Marty holds a Master’s degree from Yale and
a Bachelor’s degree from Williams College. He has received
the NCTA’s President’s Award and a CTAM TAMI Award
for industry service.
Ed Lee, Director of Business Development,
Akimbo
Ed serves as Director of Platform Distribution
for Akimbo. Ed oversees all activities related to business development
efforts pertaining to the licensing of the Akimbo Service and
software on third party devices as well as the development of
Akimbo's channel sales strategy. Prior to Akimbo, Ed served as
Director of Business Development for ReplayTV in a similar role.
Before ReplayTV, Ed spent 10 years in the advertising industry
in various roles including media planning and buying, account
management and new business development.
Ian Locke, VP of Strategic Alliances
at Envivio Inc.
Ian Locke is the Vice President of Strategic
Alliances at Envivio and is responsible for creating and supporting
new business to Network Operators. In particular, he is developing
opportunities for IP Television residential video services. Prior
to Envivio, Mr. Locke was the Director of Market Development for
Minerva Networks where he developed the iTVManager IP Television
middleware and sold MPEG-2 systems to Telcos and
Utility companies around the world. Prior to this, Mr. Locke was
an entrepreneur with Axon Technology Pty. Ltd. Consulting and
marketing for 12 years in digital video production, multimedia
production, video conferencing and network design and implementation.
Mr. Locke is a frequent video and technology speaker in government
and tertiary institutions. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Medical
Science from Sydney University.
Ned Mountain, COO & President, Wegener
Ned Mountain is President and Chief Operating
Officer of Wegener Communications in Atlanta, Ga. He has been
with Wegener for the past 24 years serving in numerous domestic
and international sales, marketing, and management positions.
He has served on the NCTA engineering committee as co-chair of
the Quality Sound subcommittee. He has been involved in numerous
cable and satellite related projects including the satellite digital
network control system currently in use by major programmers as
well as the satellite system used by the Fox Broadcast Network
most of the Fox Sports Networks. Prior to joining Wegener, Ned
was a corporate Senior Engineer with the former UA-Columbia Cablevision.
Ned has a BSEE from the University of Pittsburgh.
Stan Moyer, Executive Director, Telcordia
Stan Moyer (stanm@research.telcordia.com) is
Executive Director and strategic research program manager in the
Applied Research area of Telcordia Technologies, where he has
worked since 1990. Recently, he led research in the area of network
architectures, protocols, and management for supporting home networking
and networked devices and appliances. On these topics, Stan was
a frequent speaker at events such as the IETF, The Broadband Home
conferences, IEEE’s International Conference on Communications
(ICC), and other technical workshops. In the past he has worked
on ATM switch hardware, broadband network architectures and protocols,
middleware, Internet network and application security, Internet
QoS, and voice over IP.
Stan is currently a senior member of the IEEE
and a member of the IEEE Communications Society. He is co-editor
of the Consumer Communications and Networking series in IEEE Communications
Magazine, vice-chair of the IEEE Conference on Consumer Communications
and Networking (CCNC) steering committee, a member at large of
the IEEE Communications Society Board of Governors, and a member

Intent MediaWorks, Ottolenghi was CEO of AgentWare, Ottolenghi,

company as well as managing all major contract relationships.
Prior to co-founding AgentWare, Ottolenghi served as Vice President
of Information Technology and Electronic Commerce for Carlson
Wagonlit Travel. His accomplishments at Carlson included leading
a team that custom-designed critical middleware for networking
10,000 travel agents over the Internet. Ottolenghi is also a former
executive at Holiday Inn Worldwide, where he led the successful
launch of the first Internet-based reservations system in the
travel industry. In 1998, Information Week and Microsoft nominated
Ottolenghi for CIO of the Year. Ottolenghi has served as the chief
strategist for the Greater 15 Nations (G15) of the United Nations,
and is on the board of directors for the Berkeley Center for Marketing
and Technology. Ottolenghi is an undergraduate of Duke University
and M.B.A. graduate of Emory University's Goizueta School of Business,

Ken Pyle, President, Viodi, LLC
Ken Pyle is co-founder of Viodi, LLC and is Managing
Editor of the Viodi View, an online newsletter with a focus on
independent telcos and their efforts to offer video services.
He produced the Video Solutions for Independence interactive CD-ROM,
edited and produced interactive CD-ROMs for organizations such
as NTCA and is the co-producer of the IP Video Conference series
in conjunction with USTA and is producer of Viodi’s Local

Jim Rennard, Vice President of Finance,

Jim is Vice President, Finance and Regulatory
for Canby Telephone Association in Canby, OR. He began in the
telecommunications industry in 1989 when he began working for
a regional CPA firm specializing in independent telephone companies.
He has extensive experience on the audit and tax side before moving
into cost consulting. Jim is a Certified Public Accountant and
began working as Canby Telephone’s CFO in 1998. He has a
BA in American History from Middlebury College and an MBA from
the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern
University. Jim serves on the Oregon Telecommunications Association
Regulatory and Industry Relations Committee and is actively involved

Jim Riley, EVP Sales and Business Development,
TVN
As Executive Vice President, Jim Riley directs
all Sales and Business Development for TVN Entertainment. Focused
on managing client partnerships and driving new revenue from over
40 Broadcast & Cable Networks, as well as VOD Affiliations
with Cable MSOs, Telco, DSL and DBS providers, Riley is also responsible
for crafting new distribution and VOD service agreements with
VOD-specific programming and advertising clients.
Prior to TVN, as Senior Vice President of Sales
and Marketing at Guthy-Renker TV, Riley established the largest
national direct-response advertising network with a reach of over
45 million households by forging agreements with every major MSO.
He also crafted partnerships to provide transactional opportunities
for mainstream advertising clients through the use of "infotainment"
formats within the cable network model.
Riley served as Vice President of Affiliate Relations
and later as Vice President of New Technologies at E! Entertainment
Television where he built distribution and advertising deals with
cable, DBS, and MMDS partners. During that period, Riley is also
credited with creating the CTAM award-winning E! Clips affinity
marketing program in support of MSO Affiliate's PPV marketing
objectives. He also served on the development team for E! Online,
helping to build its successful web site that delivers entertainment
content to Internet users.
Preceding his tenure with E! Entertainment TV,
Riley served in various sales, business affairs and marketing
roles on behalf of Rainbow Programming Networks Group.
This 18-year television executive is a graduate
of New York's Fordham University, with a degree in Mass Communications
and Philosophy. Riley is a member of NCTA, CAB, ICTA and CTAM
and has served on the boards of numerous cable and regional telecommunications
associations.
Jay Schiller, VP Business Development,
Atlas on Demand
Jay Schiller is vice president of business development
for Atlas On Demand where he is responsible for business activities
and strategy with operators, programmers, and technology partners.
Schiller is a core member of the Atlas On Demand management team
collaboratively setting the overall product and business strategy.
Schiller joined Atlas from C-COR where he was
most recently in charge of market development for the company’s
On Demand television and digital advertising solutions, and their
convergence. Schiller brings more than 15 years experience in
the cable and telecommunications industry, including roles at
nCUBE, now C-COR, where he was responsible for product management
for their On Demand and digital ad insertion product lines; and
at TCI, now Comcast, where he was responsible for advertising
sales’ technical operations for the Western U.S

Jim Welch, Sr. Consulting Engineer,

James Welch is a Senior Consulting Engineer with

monitoring equipment solutions. He has worked with many of today’s
leading video over IP service providers and OEMs in evaluating
products, commissioning networks, and developing real time streaming
media monitoring solutions. Before joining IneoQuest, he was Vice
President of Engineering for UB Networks and Newbridge Networks.
James has led the hardware and software development of a range
of copper and fiber based networking equipment using both packet-based
and ATM technologies used in mission critical applications for
Fortune 100 companies for over 15 years.

Russell Zack, Chief Operations Officer,

Russell Zack is the chief operations officer
